Ingredients
2 lbs | Lean ground turkey
1 tsp | Fennel seeds
1 Tbsp | Fresh parsley
1/2 tsp | Salt
1 Tbsp | Maple syrup
1 tsp | Poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp | Onion powder
1/4 tsp | Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 tsp | Black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Shape mixture into 28 (2-inch) patties.
- In a large skillet over medium-low heat, cook patties 3-5 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in the center. Serve immediately.
