Beacon Health & Fitness offers many different group fitness classes including:

  • Aqua Warm Water — Get your heart rate pumping while building overall strength! Being in the water allows less stress on your joints while getting a great workout.
  • Bootcamp — Boot your way back into shape! Challenge your strength, cardio, balance and flexibility with a variety of exercises.
  • GRIT™ — The Les Mills GRIT™ Series features three – strength, plyometrics and cardio, 30-minute workouts designed to get you real results, fast.
  • PILOXING® — A non-stop interval fusion of Pilates, boxing and dance, that will push you to your limits. Feel empowered with boxing, find balance in Pilates and let loose with fun and funky dance moves.
  • Pyramid H20 — High intensity interval training – aqua style.
  • Strength — Use weights, bands, stability balls, body bars and the bosu to work all the muscle groups of the body.
  • Stretch — Gentle stretching from head to toe. Leave feeling refreshed and open.
  • WATERinMOTION® — The newest aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels. This cardiovascular workout tones and tapers the entire body.
  • Xcelerate — Our instructors will take you on a ride to the rhythm of music. Saddle up and prepare for a blast of speed in every track.
  • Yoga — Based on the Hatha style of yoga. Practice at your own pace & feel good in your body!

Les Mills Virtual

LES MILLS Virtual workouts are pre-recorded class of cinematic quality, taught by some of the top presenters in the world.

  • Take classes when it works for YOU – even in “off peak hours.”
  • Virtual eliminates “gymtimidation” by letting you get comfortable on your own terms.
  • Virtual provides a gateway into live group fitness classes. 

Pilates

Pure Pilates for You is a “mind-body” system that improves flexibility, posture, stamina and overall strength through methodical, controlled movements and coordinated breathing. A Pure Pilates membership is required. Learn More

Members, reserve up to 72 hours ahead, right from your browser!

Class reservations: Select classes require reservations in advance to secure a seat. Cycling, Suspension Training and XPress Factor classes require reservations. Waitlists are offered.

Lap lane reservations (optional): Lap swimmers may reserve a lane in advance for 30 or 45 minutes online. Drop-ins are still welcome, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Instructions

If this is your first time in the system, use the “Find my account” section and enter your First and Last name and email.

If we have your email on file, your sign on link will be sent to you.

If not, call us at 269.552.2348 or email agclendening@beaconhealthsystem.org and we’ll add your email to your account, which will then allow you to complete your access.

Search for any class by entering the name or selecting the day of week. Or, browse through all the available classes for all days by selecting “Group Ex” from the drop down Events list.

Class Reservations

  1. Select your desired class. Select the ‘Sign Up” link to proceed.
  2. Add your selected class to your cart by selecting your name and then “Add to Cart”.
  3. Select “OK” on the Registration Confirmation screen.

Lap Lane Reservations (optional)

  • Select “reserve a lap lane” – Under “Where” select Lap Pool.
  • Under “Lanes” select a lane (1 being the deepest and 6 being the most shallow).
  • Under “When” select desired date (may be made up to 3 days in advance).
  • Select desired amount of time (30 or 45 mins), and select “Search”.
  • All available options will be displayed. Select your choice and click “Confirm”, then “OK”.

Email confirmation for registrations will be sent to you. See group exercise class schedule to review classes with required pre-registration.

To unregister: Log in to your account, and Under “My Events”, Select “Unregister” and confirm the choice.
