Beacon Health & Fitness Center has a friendly, caring and professional staff with the medical knowledge and expertise that is often hard to find in a fitness setting. Our staff has the resources and the passion that will foster positive, lasting changes for adults of all fitness levels and health needs.

We offer a diverse selection of group exercise classes, cardio and strength equipment and customized services such as personal training, nutrition counseling and therapeutic massage.
