Beacon Sports Performance offers members quality coaching, diverse class offerings and an inclusive fitness community. Training programs range from high intensity group training to individualized strength and performance training.

Freedom From Smoking, developed by the American Lung Association, is a seven-week program conveniently held at Beacon Health & Fitness. Hundreds of thousands of people have become smokefree through a Freedom From Smoking® group clinic, which offers a structured, systematic approach to quitting smoking.

Beacon Health & Fitness Hiking Club offers participants (members & non-members) an opportunity to get active, create camaraderie and see some of the area’s most beautiful parks and trails.
Les Mills Virtual are high quality exercise videos of some of the most popular Les Mills programs. These videos run in each of our group exercise studios when we don’t have live, in-person instructor led classes already scheduled. This means that nearly every hour we’re open, in every studio across all three locations, classes now take place. These pre-programmed classes start automatically; at the scheduled time the video kicks in and the class begins.
Massage therapy is the hands-on manipulation of muscle and other soft tissue for therapeutic purposes. This includes enhancing the function of joints and muscles, improving circulation, enhancing general body tone and relieving mental and physical fatigue.
MASTERS SWIM TEAM
*All practices are held in the Competition Pool at Elkhart Health & Aquatics.
Masters swimmers are coached through swim workouts practicing technique and refinement. Practices vary on distances and intensities based on the individual swimmer’s abilities and goals.
Swimmers work on:
Competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke
Starts and turns
Drills, and everything in between!
Masters Swim Team offers multiple practices per week.
All swimmers must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

The Beacon Health & Fitness Personal Training program is designed for people who want to gain the knowledge, motivation and confidence they need to achieve their fitness goals whether in the gym, pool or Pilates studio.
Pure Pilates is a “mind-body” program designed to improve flexibility, posture, stamina and overall strength through methodical, controlled movements and coordinated breathing. Reformer, chair and barre Pilates, all in convenient group exercise format.
Every three months, we like to do a free check-in, or “quick look” with you just to see how you’re doing. This takes just about five minutes and you’ll be on your way.

The student athlete performance program is designed to build on the coaching athletes receive at practice. We don’t focus on sport-specific skills — we focus on improving the overall athlete. Our highly qualified coaching team delivers a training regimen that enhances an athlete’s speed, power, agility, flexibility, coordination and balance.
Elkhart Health & Aquatics offers a wide variety of lessons for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our instructors lead your child through the movements while supporting and encouraging them. We offer over 30 swim lessons a week at different times of the day. Adult and masters clinics, private lessons for children and adults, and a competitive swim team are also available. Care for your children while you exerciseExercise while knowing your children are being cared for at the Beacon Health & Fitness Youth Activity Studios in our Granger, Elkhart and Three Rivers facilities. The studio is open to children 6 weeks to 12 years old. Beacon Health & Fitness Youth Activity Studio provides a fun, safe environment with knowledgeable, caring, and engaging staff. The maximum any child can be in the Babysitting Room is 2 hours.
