Beacon Health & Fitness proudly announces its Granger and Elkhart fitness clubs are recipients of the 2023 MXM Location of Excellence Award. Given to only 32 clubs nationwide, this recognition marks an outstanding achievement for both facilities. It is the second consecutive year Beacon Health & Fitness Granger has earned this prestigious industry award.
The MXM award underscores Beacon Health & Fitness’s high club standards and commitment to actively soliciting, evaluating and implementing member feedback, setting us apart from other fitness clubs and solidifying our position as a leader in delivering exceptional member experiences.

MXM Location of Excellence Award winners are selected based upon two criteria: The winner must have at least 240 valid member feedback responses for the last 6 months of 2023, achieve an average score of 9 or higher in four required categories (front desk staff friendliness, overall staff friendliness, fitness center cleanliness, likelihood to recommend) and receive an average score of 9 in one flex category (equipment condition, locker room/showers, staff assistance, group exercise/fitness classes, personal training services).
