Emily enjoys helping clients and students reach their fitness goals and educate them along the way in finding long term solutions that fit best into their individual goals and lifestyle. She loves watching her clients and students find new hobbies in fitness and having fun, all while finding a better quality of life, more energy, and reaching their goals.
Her two greatest passions are Yoga and running; however, she also enjoys weightlifting, road biking, swimming, rollerblading/ice skating, kayaking, and cross-country ski.
