I grew up playing competitive sports and exercise has always been a part of my life. I enjoy working with people of all ages and have many years experience in clinical, wellness and gym environments. My certifications vary from Health Coaching to Yoga, Group Fitness, Personal Training and beyond. I became a Personal Trainer to learn more about the science of exercise and the opportunity to tailor individualized programming. My passion is to apply my knowledge and grow with continued education through evidence based practices, so I can make a positive difference in the lives of my clients and students.
