The student athlete performance program is designed to build on the coaching athletes receive at practice. We don’t focus on sport-specific skills — we focus on improving the overall athlete. Our highly qualified coaching team delivers a training regimen that enhances an athlete’s speed, power, agility, flexibility, coordination and balance.

Our programs are developed by Beacon Medical Director Dr. Michael Messmer, and our Head Sports Performance Coach Ryan Fish. Together with the Beacon Orthopedics Sports Specialist Program, we bring athletes a competitive training atmosphere that improves every aspect of the athlete. Athletes of any skill level can realize their full potential through advanced training programs taught by coaches in our climate-controlled facility.
Youth Performance Program
Our coaches will push athletes to their limits, but not beyond them. We use positive reinforcement to ensure that your child feels good about his or her accomplishments. And at the completion of the first session, you’ll see the improvement in your child’s athletic performance and a boost in self-confidence.
Beacon’s Youth Performance Program trains athletes in every sport from ages 10 to 14. Our team-based, sports performance training is designed to increase speed, foundational strength and agility, while reducing the risk of sports-related injuries. The goal is to provide a safe, positive atmosphere that promotes long-term athletic development leading to increased confidence, character and overall life success.
Each 60-minute session will introduce the principles of muscular movement patterns and thoroughly educate young athletes. Sessions are positive, productive and most important — FUN!
High School Performance Program

Every minute of every workout counts at Beacon’s Sports Performance team-oriented sessions. You will be inspired to reach your full potential. Classes begin with a dynamic warm-up built on a foundation of sport-related movements, followed by components of strength, power, speed and agility training. The final product is the results you deserve. You will experience improved muscle, speed and overall athletic performance, allowing you to reach your goals and make your dreams a reality.
Coaches will lead you through a 90-minute, movement-based program that prepares your body for peak competitive performance. These workouts also help prevent injuries before they happen, so that you stay in the game.
