1/2 mile (750m) open water style swim in the competition pool
12.4 mile (20k) on indoor cycling bike
3.1 mile (5k) run on treadmill or indoor track

Recreational

10 minutes per leg (swim, bike & run)
Tracking the distance in each leg

Teams

Up to 3 participants per team
One participant per leg

Individual: $60

Couple: $110

Team: $150

First heat starts at 8am.
