Beacon Health & Fitness presents Destination Fitness at Central Park in Mishawaka. We’re bringing fitness outside by providing a variety of classes for weekly workouts on Saturday mornings.

Women and Weights

This specialized training program is designed not only to improve overall fitness and strength, but also to provide education regarding weight training. The goal is to help each member gain strength, lean out, and acquire confidence.

Step One Weight Loss Program

Are you ready to make a change? This 4 week weight loss program will give you the tools you need to find success.

This program is led by a registered dietitian and will help you learn about how to lose weight through a healthy diet.

Quit Smoking with Freedom From Smoking

Quit smoking with help from the premier smoking cessation program in the South Bend, Granger and Elkhart area. Freedom From Smoking, developed by the American Lung Association, is a seven-week program conveniently held at Beacon Health & Fitness. Hundreds of thousands of people have become smokefree through a Freedom From Smoking® group clinic, which offers a structured, systematic approach to quitting smoking.

Parkinson’s Support Group

This Parkinson’s Support Group is an uplifting group of people with common experiences and concerns who provide each other with encouragement, comfort and advice. Information and occasional guest speakers cover such topics as exercise, nutrition, occupational therapy, keeping a positive outlook, among many others. Mostly, the group offers the fellowship of knowing you are not on this journey alone. Please come and check it out!

Full Fork: Plant-Based Eating

The Full Fork Program, based on the Forks Over Knives documentary and book, is a whole-foods, plant-based way of eating that offers an alternative way to eat shown to reduce cholesterol levels, risk of heart attack, diabetes, and more.

Hiking Club

Beacon Health & Fitness Hiking Club offers participants (members & non-members) an opportunity to get active, create camaraderie and see some of the area’s most beautiful parks and trails.

Les Mills Virtual

Les Mills Virtual are high quality exercise videos of some of the most popular Les Mills programs. These videos run in each of our group exercise studios when we don’t have live, in-person instructor led classes already scheduled. This means that nearly every hour we’re open, in every studio across all three locations, classes now take place. These pre-programmed classes start automatically; at the scheduled time the video kicks in and the class begins.
