Beacon Health & Fitness Hiking Club offers participants (members & non-members) an opportunity to get active, create camaraderie and see some of the area’s most beautiful parks and trails.
This Parkinson’s Support Group is an uplifting group of people with common experiences and concerns who provide each other with encouragement, comfort and advice. Information and occasional guest speakers cover such topics as exercise, nutrition, occupational therapy, keeping a positive outlook, among many others. Mostly, the group offers the fellowship of knowing you are not on this journey alone. Please come and check it out!
This specialized training program is designed not only to improve overall fitness and strength, but also to provide education regarding weight training. The goal is to help each member gain strength, lean out, and acquire confidence.
