Sarah has a passion for populations that suffer from different conditions and ailments which require special training. She loves our Best Medicine programs and is quoted as saying “that is what I hang my heart on.” Sarah has been in the health and fitness field for 13 years and pursued her Master’s 3 years ago, simply because she loves what she does.

Jason enjoys coaching endurance sports, most specifically running, which he considers his specialty. He has experience in coaching cross country, track, volleyball and Crossfit endurance classes. He enjoys working with all levels of fitness. Jason doesn’t have one specific philosophy toward exercise, except that hard work will always yield results.

Del’s passion is to work with clients who have issues and conditions. It gives her great joy to work with those who need her attention to work on regaining their quality of life. Mallory loves to interact and create relationships with members. Her goal is to help others get excited about fitness and to see results with their health. She likes to provide variety to exercise, to challenge members, and keep them engaged. Mallory has been involved with athletics her whole life both as a player and as a coach.
Tanner Bradley
Tanner thoroughly enjoys working with all age groups to help form a positive relationship with exercise. He also believes strongly in a famous Arnold Schwarzenegger quote, “If you don’t find the time, if you don’t do the work, you don’t get the results.”
