Theresa Hochstetler

Exercise and fitness have always been an important part of my life. From playing competitive sports to health coaching, to instructing Yoga and other group fitness classes, to personal training, I have many years’ experiences in assisting clients of all ages achieve their fitness goals within workplace, clinical and gym environments.
I became a Personal Trainer to learn more about the science of exercise, and the opportunity to tailor individualized programming to target specific goals despite injuries and obstacles. I enjoy supporting clients with behavior change and intrinsically finding their motivation for successful lifestyle changes.
I can offer clients a variety of safe and effective training styles and work out plans through my wide variety certifications such as: Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Strength, Cardio and Therapy Pool.
Whether it’s building strength, weight loss, increasing flexibility, building better balance or pain relief, I am here to help you achieve personal goals and an improved quality of life.

Myla Jenkins

Myla is a licensed massage therapist who has a passion for helping others. She hopes to become a Physical Therapist to continue helping people feel their best. Come see her at our South Bend location for a deep tissue or relaxation massage, or try cupping!

Jake Rairdon

My name is Jake Rairdon, I am 19 years old. I played football, basketball and ran track throughout highschool. After my senior season I began to workout with some friends and that’s when I developed my passion for training.After that I wanted to do it as a job so I decided to get my Personal Training certification.
I currently attend IUSB where I am majoring in Sports and Exercise Science. In my free time I enjoy watching any current sporting events that are going on, going to the gym, as well spending time with my friends and family.

Peggy Prieshoff

Todd Steiner

Todd is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington with a degree in Exercise Science and is an ACSM certified Exercise Physiologist. As an avid cyclist, Todd has a passion for fitness and regularly attends Beacon’s Pilates classes. Todd has extensively traveled worldwide in his spare time, visiting remote locations ranging from the Sahara desert to the Himalayas.

Todd values health and wellness and aspires to help clients achieve their fitness goals by meeting them where they are and assisting them in becoming their best possible selves.

Jack Cannon

ack graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Fitness Instruction.  Throughout his collegiate experience, he had the opportunity to work with student athletes, faculty and staff members, as well as many others.  Jack spent the 2020 Spring season working with the East Tennessee State Football Program and is passionate about helping others become improved versions of themselves, both mentally and physically.

Jonell Witkowski

Jonell grew up around sports and exercise which led her to be a two sport athlete in high school and she continued this passion for fitness by receiving her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. She enjoys working with all populations on their fitness journeys. She is a strong believer in every little bit counts and that exercise can be fun for anyone. Her background in gymnastics and cheerleading has led her continued interests into the Pilates apparatuses. Outside of BHF, Jonell loves spending time with her husband and twin girls! Her personal experience with a high risk pregnancy fueled her passion to become a Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach.
