For some years she had been fairly inactive, but now she wanted to learn all she could about fitness, first for herself as a hobby, but then as a personal trainer. Karin discovered first hand that the key to getting stronger and leaner is weight training, combined with some cardio, flexibility training and healthy nutrition.
As a trainer she trains all populations but her focus is on helping senior adults regain their strength, mobility and vitality.
