Meg graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Health Fitness in Preventive Rehabilitation with a Minor in Nutrition. After graduation, she completed her internship in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation which eventually led to a position there, she also worked in corporate wellness, performing health screenings around the country. In 2013, an opportunity became available to work at HealthTRAC (now Beacon Health & Fitness) and Meg has been here ever since.
Throughout her career here, she has worked as a Fitness Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Corporate Wellness Screener & Coordinator, Program Coordinator and now Manager.
As a mom trying to keep up with three energetic daughters, her emphasis in her own workouts and in clients workout regimens is on functional fitness and performing exercises that truly assist in our activities of daily living.
When not at the gym Meg enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, being active outdoors, playing volleyball, cooking, baking and watching movies.
