Fitness has been my passion from an early age, driven by a love for movement and a desire to help others achieve their goals. With a background in competitive tennis and a decade of dance training, I developed a strong foundation in discipline, athleticism, and functional movement. This passion led me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Grace College, equipping me with the expertise to guide clients on their fitness journeys. Outside of training, I enjoy reading the Bible, playing pickleball with my boyfriend, spending time with loved ones, and unwinding with crime shows
