Karin came to the US from Berlin, Germany, and after raising her kids she wanted to get back in shape! She wanted to learn all she could about fitness, first for herself as a hobby, but then as a personal trainer. Karin discovered firsthand that the key to getting stronger and leaner is weight training, combined with some cardio, flexibility training and healthy nutrition. She trains all ages and fitness levels, but her focus is on helping senior adults regain their strength, mobility, and vitality.
