Pilates Reformer is so dynamic that it exercises that can truly benefit anyone, regardless of their fitness level. I am so excited for members to experience how the reformer aids in increasing overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. This in turn, can improve movements in individuals’ daily lives including posture, efficiency, and potentially relieving pain due to muscular imbalances. I enjoy working with individuals of all fitness levels to help them get their bodies moving in the most efficient and safe way.
