I have always had a passion for fitness and health, but I really started getting into resistance training in high school. Shortly after is when I started helping others out to grow their knowledge of how to workout well and not get injured. I decided to pursue personal training as a career and I have definitely not regretted it at all! I have experience with a wide variety of clients from different walks of life. My goal as a personal trainer is to help you fall in love with health and fitness. One of my favorite activities is to workout and my goal is to help you find the same passion as the passion for working out will carry you much farther than motivation and goals will.
