Are you ready to make a change? This 4 week weight loss program will give you the tools you need to find success.
This program is led by a registered dietitian and will help you learn about how to lose weight through a healthy diet.
Program includes:
- RMT (Resting Metabolic Test)
- One 45min consultation with a registered dietitian
- Weekly weigh-in with one hour group meeting led by RD
(topics include planning and preparation, tips on how to cut calories and dining out) - 2-week meal plan to get started
- Additional recipes or resources to help
with weight loss success
Why is calculating your Resting Metabolic Rate so important?
Most calorie calculators are inaccurate for 40% of the population. This means you may be consuming too many or too few calories which can prevent you from reaching your weight loss goals. A Resting Metabolic Test (RMT) calculates exactly how many calories you burn in a day and how many you should consume to maintain or lose weight. This test takes just 15 minutes and will help your dietitian create an effective meal plan to help you reach your weight loss goals.
