Taryn Turchi is a recent graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, where she earned a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Dance. She specializes in teaching Pilates, focusing on improving mobility, balance, and functional movement. Taryn is passionate about working with perimenopausal and postmenopausal women, helping them build strength, enhance stability, and maintain an active, independent lifestyle.
Her training philosophy centers on longevity, emphasizing sustainable movement practices that support long-term health, and well-being. Taryn enjoys helping women improve mobility, balance, and upper-body strength while gaining confidence in their bodies and abilities. She finds fulfillment in watching her clients grow stronger, move more freely, and develop greater self-confidence through exercise.
Outside of her professional work, Taryn enjoys taking ballet classes, traveling, and attending sporting events. She loves exploring new places, embracing new experiences, and is always excited for her next adventure.
