Health and wellness have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up playing sports and staying active, which naturally led me into the fitness field.
Here at Beacon, I work as a fitness specialist, personal trainer, and member of the Best Medicine team. I continuously expand my knowledge to deliver safe, effective, and science-backed training programs tailored to each client. In addition to my work in fitness, I have hands-on experience in caregiving, which has strengthened my ability to support clients with empathy, patience, and a deeper understanding of the challenges they may face, especially older adults or those navigating health concerns.
I genuinely enjoy post-rehab and corrective training, as it reflects both my passion and my background in exercise science. It allows me to support clients in maintaining their progress, improving movement quality, and building long-term strength and confidence. Whether someone is recovering from injury, managing a health condition, or simply looking to improve their overall fitness, I strive to create safe, effective, and personalized programs for every stage of the journey.
My goal is to help each client feel empowered, confident, and capable, no matter where they’re starting from!
