I am excited about Personal Training and helping individuals achieve their goals and to share my knowledge. I know how much a difference fitness can mean to general overall health and quality of life, both physically and mentally. No matter the level of fitness individuals are at, I would like to help them improve their quality of life.
Over the years I have had clients express to me that they have been able to stop medications, improve overall quality of life, and general day to day activities. Just recently I had a class participant tell me that I make the class fun! That is key, I want you to enjoy what you are doing and make it part of your lifestyle.
Hobbies include running (I have completed numerous ½ marathons, marathons, 50k and 50 mile races in addition to local 5k and 10k races. I love being outside, especially with my dogs, either walking, hiking, kayaking or bike riding.
