I’ve been an instructor for 29 years and started doing mat Pilates about 25 years ago. I started the first mat classes at this facility when I started teaching here in 1999. I love Pilates because it is a great way to connect with your body and its focus on the core is so important to everything we do on a day to day basis. I’m excited to bring the reformer classes to the gym because these classes are for everyone. The reformer offers challenges for increasing strength and flexibility while also lending support to weaker areas in order to become stronger and more aligned all over.
