Sydney grew up in Three Rivers before moving to Lakeland Florida in 2016. There she pursued musical theatre at Harrison School for the Arts taking classes for singing, dancing, and acting, but found the most joy in dance.
After graduating she moved back to Michigan and began looking for something similar to dance and a way to exercise, but I didn’t know where to start. After working with a personal trainer to learn proper form and experiment with different types of exercise and found that she really enjoyed weight lifting.
After she started coming to the gym on her own consistently, fitness became a big part of her life. Sydney decided to get certified so she could not only learn more about exercise, but also help others on their own fitness journey.
Her hope as your personal trainer is to work together to find what exercise brings you the most joy as well as create and reach your unique fitness goals through a challenging but sustainable program that is both realistic and enjoyable for you.
