He also specializes in designing and performing fitness assessments for a wide range of ability levels. He believes fitness is a lifelong journey that anyone can enjoy!

“Personal training through Beacon has been a very fulfilling experience, as my specific needs were assessed and a training regimen was developed with sport-specific factors in mind. Jake has done an amazing job discussing biomechanics, nutrition, physical activity to do in between sessions, as well as pushing me in ways I could not have done alone. Further, my understanding of strength training techniques is vastly improved and I quickly realized how my incorrect form would have led to potential issues if unaddressed. I owe Jake for summiting Mt. Rainier and topping out while ice climbing in Ouray, Colorado.” – Gregory Pouliot
