Brittany enjoy all things Pilates and being able to bring those health related benefits to the community. It’s great to introduce members to Pilates exercises and help them to feel empowered to take what they’ve learned to improve on their fitness goals. Then for them to become regulars in classes because she believes they realize that Pilates is an exercise that’s for life, that can help you succeed in many aspects of your day to day goings on as well. In Brittany’s free time, she relishes in life on the farm with her husband and 3 young children. She also writes Pilates articles to further peoples understanding of this often unknown style of exercise. Pilates has been such a blessing in her life that she loves sharing with others.
