Bridget Hardy is a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and wellness coach. She got her undergraduate degree at Oberlin College in liberal arts, an MFA in fiction writing, and then decided that to get fully educated she needed to figure out how to get herself healthier. Healthier–and happier–she now enjoys talking folks through issues of motivation and sustainability as well as simply offering up workouts that are functional and customized to meet people where they’re at.
