Join the Walk 10k or Move 150 challenge. The American College of Sports Medicine encourages us to be physically active at least 150 minutes per week.
FREE to Participate & Non-Members are Welcome! Encourage a friend or family member to join you. During this week, our group fitness classes are FREE to non-members!
MOVE150 challenges participants to be physically
active for 150 minutes during MFA Week. Track your activities with the Bingo sheet provided at the Fitness Desk or in the link below. Complete as many Bingos as you can throughout the week for your chance to win some amazing prizes!
Didn’t get a Bingo? That’s okay! Turn in your sheet anyway because you are still eligible for prizes! Hit 150 minutes in the first day? Keep going! Participants
can go above or below 150 minutes of activity during
the week. We just want you moving!
WALK10k challenges participants to walk 10,000
steps per day during MFA Week. Track your steps with
the log sheet provided at the Fitness Desk or in the link below. Walk as many steps as you can for your chance to win some amazing prizes!
Didn’t hit 10,000 steps a day? That’s okay! Turn in your
sheet anyway because you’re still eligible for prizes.

This year we have a youth bingo sheet to get your kids active for the chance to win prizes. Get your bingo card in the Youth Activity Studio (Granger, Elkhart or Three Rivers) or in the link below.
All MOVE150, MOVE150 Youth & WALK10k sheets are due Thursday, May 19th.
