Preparing for Childbirth

8 moms (plus 1 support person each)
Optimum pregnancy stage is 32 weeks
INFANT Safety & CHILD CPR
When:

Class Size:
10 moms

After Baby Comes
When:
July 16, 2018 • 6 to 8 p.m.
August 25, 2018 • 1 to 3 p.m.

16-20 people (including support people)

Exercise Programs
MOM-TO-BE YOGA
When:
Tuesdays 7 to 8 p.m. starting July 10, 2018
4 Week Program (sign-up cutoff is 7/10)
Class Size:
15 moms
Minimum class size – 4 moms
(class will be canceled if there are less than 4 moms) Optimum pregnancy stage = between 16-32 weeks This is a 4 week program (sign-up cutoff is 7/10). A doctor’s consent form along with a health risk questionnaire will be required before starting the program. The health risk questionnaire will be emailed to you after you register.
MOM-TO-BE H20
When:
Thursdays 7 to 8 p.m. starting July 12, 2018
4 Week Program (sign-up cutoff is 7/12)
Class Size:
15 moms
Minimum class size – 4 moms
